I just got my period yesterday. I have a heavy flow and I have to go to gymnastics tonight. I use up a maxi pad within an hour and gymnastics is two hours plus the half hour ride there and back! You are able to use iTunes to transfer from iPod to computer and vice versa. Simply plug in your iPod, and then on the left hand side tehre should be a row that says stuff like itunes store, music, etc, and there should be your ipod there. Click on that, and then click on the music tab. Then find the song you want and you should be able to right click it and transfer to computer. It will appear in your itunes library.
