Are small breasts natural for a year old???
Ive been in a size A bra since fifth grade and im SICK of it. When I look at all the other girls at school, their boobs are like waaay bigger than mines. Its rare to find flatchested eight graders in my school!! I feel like im the only flat chested girl there.

You could wear a more padded bra. Other than that, just accept and be proud of what you have. You dont need to worry about what jerky guys think. You still have several years for them to get bigger. There is more to you than your boobs. Just try to focus on your other good qualities! I was the same size through high school, and now Im a B, and plenty happy with it.
